1200 Drivers and Conductors required by State Transport , Haryana

Director general, State Transport , Haryana, invited applications from male candidates for  Haryana Roadways City Bus Services at Faridabad and  Gurgaon  for the following posts:

• Heavy Vehicle Driver – 250 posts at Gurgaon and 350 posts at Faridabad
• Conductor       _          250 posts at Gurgaon and 350 posts at Faridabad

The appointment is to be done on contractual basis for a period of one year. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in work experience and personal interview.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Heavy Vehicle Driver

• Matriculation qualification with Hindi / Sanskrit as a main subject from a recognized Board
• Should have Transport Vehicle Driving Licence
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in driving a Heavy Goods vehicle including proficiency in driving a heavy passenger Motor Vehicle or minimum 10 years of experience of driving a vehicle in the Armed Forces

Conductor

• Matriculation qualification with Hindi / Sanskrit as a main subject from a recognized Board
• Should have Conductor’s Licence

Age Limit:

• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST candidates as per state  government norms)

Fixed monthly emoluments:

 Rs 10,000/- for  Heavy Vehicle Driver and Rs 8,000/- for Conductor
